CEO/President
Dr. Gallagher is a board-certified cardiologist and serves as Chief Executive Officer, leading Access TeleCare to be the leader in specialty telemedicine.

R. Jason Hallock, M.D.
Chief Clinical Innovation Officer
Dr. Hallock leads clinical and administrative strategy to ensure top-rated medical standards are met across all clinical specialties.

Chief Technology and Information Officer
Erica St. Angel establishes a clear and strategic technology vision to support the Access TeleCare’s growth.

A 25-year health care veteran, Rob Rebak is a mission-driven leader focused on vision, growth and value creation.

John Henry
Chief Growth Officer – Medical
John Henry serves as chief growth officer for Access TeleCare’s medical specialty service lines. He oversees Access TeleCare’s sales and revenue strategy.

Chris Lukasiak
Chief Growth Officer – Behavioral Health
Chris Lukasiak oversees sales and revenue strategy for psychiatry and behavioral health programs.

Andy Garlington
Chief Financial Officer
Andy Garlington serves as Chief Financial Officer, overseeing Access TeleCare’s financial strategies.

Giulia Block
General Counsel
Giulia Block serves as General Counsel, directing Access TeleCare’s legal strategy to enable compliant growth.

Joan Kavuru
Chief Compliance Officer
Joan Kavuru serves as Chief Compliance Officer directing Access TeleCare’s compliance strategies.

Pritam Ghosh, M.D.
Chief Medical Officer | Medical Group President
Dr. Ghosh is board-certified in internal, pulmonary, and critical care medicine. He completed a fellowship in adult pulmonary and critical care and currently serves as part-time volunteer faculty supervising residents and fellows.

Amanda Horton, M.D.
Chief of Maternal-Fetal Medicine
Dr. Horton is double board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology and maternal-fetal medicine. She completed a fellowship in maternal-fetal medicine.

John Kenny, M.D.
Chief of Psychiatry
Dr. Kenny is board-certified in psychiatry and oversees deployment and expansion of Access TeleCare’s telepsychiatry program.

Annie Tsui, D.O.
Chief of Neurology
Dr. Tsui is board certified in Neurology and completed residency training at UT Southwestern – Austin. She has a background in medical education and program building in academic medicine, with close engagement in Medical Ethics throughout her many years of experience as a neurohospitalist and teleneurologist.

Paulgun Sulur, M.D.
Vice President of Medical Services and Hospitalist Service Line Chief
Dr. Sulur is board-certified in internal medicine. He completed a residency in internal medicine at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas. He oversees clinical management of the hospitalist and emerging service lines, including nephrology, endocrinology, and rheumatology.

Binh-Minh “Jade” Le, M.D.
Chief of Infectious Disease
Dr. Le is board-certified in infectious diseases, and is a former Peace Corps volunteer who participated in Ebola containment efforts and vaccination drives in Gabon (1996-1998). She completed residency and chief residency at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas and a fellowship in infectious diseases at Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri.

Hemant Dand, M.D.
Chief of Pulmonary and Critical Care
Dr. Dand is board-certified in internal medicine, pulmonary disease, and critical care. He completed a fellowship in pulmonary and critical care medicine and has been with Access TeleCare since 2014. He oversees the deployment and expansion of Access TeleCare’s inpatient pulmonary and critical care service line and outpatient pulmonology services.

Lauren Ingram, MSN, FNP-C, MS
National Director, Advanced Practice Providers
Lauren Ingram serves as the National Director of Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), including management of Advanced Provider Practice in all Access TeleCare Service Lines. Lauren is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in Emergency Medicine, Hospital Medicine, and Telemedicine.
