Access TeleCare has been named to TIME’s World’s Top HealthTech Companies 2026, joining a selective global list of just 500 companies across more than 30 countries. Developed in partnership with data firm Statista, the recognition honors companies using digital technology to make healthcare more effective and accessible.
For Access TeleCare, the inclusion is a recognition of our more than two decades of partnership with hospitals and health systems in communities across the country to eliminate geography as a barrier to timely specialty care. A neurologist can join the bedside team evaluating a patient with suspected stroke. An infectious disease specialist can help guide treatment for a complex infection. A maternal-fetal medicine physician can support a community OB/GYN caring for a high-risk pregnancy. All virtually through telemedicine
Access TeleCare serves approximately one in five U.S. hospitals, with specialty clinicians licensed across all 50 states. Our programs help hospitals expand their clinical capabilities and care for more patients in their own communities.
According to the published methodology for the TIME’s World’s Top HealthTech Companies, companies were selected based on financial performance, reputation, and online engagement. The 500 highest-scoring companies were selected from thousands analyzed worldwide.
This new recognition adds a global perspective to a mission Access TeleCare pursues every day: improving patient lives through timely access to specialty care. View TIME’s full list.
