Methodist Mansfield Medical Center (MMMC), a 294-bed acute care hospital and Joint Commission–accredited Advanced Primary Stroke Center, continuously strives to elevate stroke care outcomes. Although the hospital had already achieved strong performance metrics, leaders identified an opportunity to further reduce Door-to-Needle (DTN) times and enhance the overall stroke response process. The goal: to deliver faster, more consistent, and equitable care—anytime, day or night.
