CHICAGO, March 24th, 2025—Patricia Griffin, MHA, MBA, RN, FACHE, Vice President, Quality & Safety, has been appointed to the Council of Regents, the legislative body of the American College of Healthcare Executives.

 

With an understanding of ACHE’s policies, programs and services, the Council of Regents harnesses its collective skill and will to advance ACHE’s vision, mission and values. The Council provides advice and counsel to the Board of Governors and is responsible for electing the Board and its Chair. It is through the Council’s support that the Board can steer the national organization and carry out ACHE’s mission to advance its members and healthcare leadership excellence.

 

Griffin will begin her term on March 22, 2025, prior to ACHE’s Congress on Healthcare Leadership, and will represent ACHE’s membership in the State of Indiana

 

Board certified in healthcare management as an ACHE Fellow since 2014, Griffin has been a member of ACHE since 2007 and currently serves as a ACHE of Indiana Board Member since 2024, and co-chairperson of the Professional Development subcommittee. She is co-presenting a poster within the 2025 Congress. She has also served as a Mentor within the ACHE Mentoring Network.

 

Griffin is also a board member of Lewis University, College of Nursing & Health Sciences (CoNHS), Romeoville, IL. and Valparaiso University, Women in Executive Leadership Board, Valparaiso, IN. And, served on various other boards the last two decades.

 

Griffin received her dual master’s degree in healthcare & business administration from The University of St. Francis, and her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Lewis University, Romeoville, Illinois.
