Request Rapid Response BH Consult
Hospital staff requests consultation with Access TeleCare clinician using web portal available 24/7/365. Access TeleCare clinician receives booking notification, logs into Hospital EMR and reviews chart, then joins the telehealth session – guaranteed response within 2 hours.
Comprehensive Evaluation
RN brings telemedicine cart to the patient. Access TeleCare psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) conducts virtual behavioral health consultation with the patient, reviews diagnoses, and evaluates appropriateness of medication regiment.
Clinical Collaboration
Access TeleCare PMHNP documents patient disposition in your EMR system including any medication recommendations and conducts peer-to-peer with requesting physician. Access TeleCare clinician codes and signs-off on case. By integrating our clinician into your EMR and workflows, we operate as a true extension of your care team.
Follow-up or Discharge
Access TeleCare clinician will perform any follow-ups as needed and input admission orders directly into EMR if inpatient placement is required.
