Inpatient Program Objectives:
- Diagnose and manage complex bacterial, viral, fungal, and parasitic infections
- Reduce unnecessary patient transfers while increasing hospital census
- Support both on-site and remote providers in handling high-complexity cases
Outpatient Program Objectives:
- Provide expert evaluation and longitudinal care for outpatient ID cases
- Collaborate with on-site teams to manage chronic infections and treatment follow-up
- Ensure timely consultations and reduce unnecessary hospital visits

About the Role:
Access TeleCare invites experienced and dedicated Infectious Disease Nurse Practitioners / Physician Assistants to join our high-acuity, high-complexity inpatient and outpatient Infectious Disease program. These are on-site opportunities focused on improving outcomes through specialized care and clinical collaboration, supported by our robust telemedicine infrastructure.
Program Objectives:
- Diagnose, treat, and manage patients with complex bacterial, fungal, viral, and parasitic infections
- Decrease unnecessary hospital transfers and increase census
- Support both local and telemedicine providers in managing higher acuity ID cases
