About the Role:

Access TeleCare is seeking dedicated, board-certified Infectious Disease Physicians to be part of a cutting-edge team delivering high-acuity, high-complexity inpatient care through a robust telemedicine platform. This is a unique opportunity to transform how infectious diseases are managed—at scale and remotely.

Minimum Qualifications:

Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Infectious Disease
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience required
Active medical license in New Mexico and/or Arizona preferred
Completion of an Infectious Disease Fellowship

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and manage complex bacterial, fungal, viral, and parasitic infections
Reduce unnecessary patient transfers while increasing hospital census
Support both on-site and remote providers in handling high-complexity cases

Opportunity Overview:

Employment Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
Schedule: MST/PST time zone
Shift Commitment Options:
- Minimum of 12 shifts/month (including one weekend shift)
- Or a weekend-only shift schedule
